Infrastructure Project Manager

**About the Role**
Burgess & Niple is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer, Transportation to lead and deliver transportation infrastructure projects nationwide. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with transportation teams to design and deliver infrastructure projects for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, local jurisdictions, and other clients.
- Prepare plans, including geometric roadway design, drainage design, right-of-way layout, traffic analysis, and highway safety improvement program projects.
- Work with senior engineers and project managers to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to integrate their concerns into transportation designs.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5-10 years of experience in civil transportation engineering, with expertise in software such as OpenRoads Designer, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- PE registration is required.
**Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. Burgess & Niple offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
