Heavy Highway Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at LPX Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our heavy highway construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in developing and managing project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and owners.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and clients/owner representatives to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on DOT or heavy highway projects, with project sizes ranging from $400k to $50 million dollars.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on heavy highway projects.
- Estimating experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is preferred.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, accrued paid time off, direct deposit paychecks, and safety training.
