Project Manager for Utility Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at GRW Engineers, Inc. in Louisville. As a Water Resources Engineer, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to plan, design, and construct utility infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems. You will also collaborate with local authorities, drinking water and wastewater service providers, and state environmental and health administrators to develop innovative solutions.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in design and construction administration of water utility and wastewater infrastructure projects.
You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is also essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are required to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
