Harrison Consulting Solutions is a leading provider of transportation services, seeking a highly skilled Highway Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in roadway and transportation management to oversee the development and execution of highway infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and fees, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as project manager, overseeing all aspects of project development and execution.
  • Utilize technical expertise to identify discrepancies and propose solutions for problems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute strategic actions.
  • Meet revenue goals by effectively managing projects and delivering results.
  • Contribute to proposal development and ensure alignment with client needs and company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of experience in roadway and transportation management, preferably within the Louisville transportation industry (KYTC, City of Louisville DPW, City of Louisville DOMI).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Understanding of KYTC plan delivery, specifications, and contract management.
  • Experience working with Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Microstation (Openroads) software.
