Job Summary:

The Director of Strategic Fleet Partnerships will work closely with Regional Sales Directors, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that key account customers receive the best possible fleet management, mobile service, and managed maintenance outcomes. This role will mobilize and mentor Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders to build deep partnerships with decision-makers of assigned strategic/key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and account profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales management reports and quarterly QBRs to maximize revenue and account profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and mobile maintenance
Requirements:
  • Proven track record (minimum 10 years) in a sales or senior account management role
  • Proven work experience as a Strategic Account or Key Account Manager in a B2B role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems
  • Understanding of key account performance metrics and strategy roadmaps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
