Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization in Miami, Florida. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects, managing the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
  • Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Preferred skills include Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities.
  • Competencies include Business Acumen, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Prospecting, Selling, and Tech Savvy.
