Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team in Miami. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and growing profitable long-term relationships with High Net Worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities to ensure the required credit quality and requisite returns on risk.
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, and address any issues raised by external regulators.
- Originate target market clients focused on investment AUM, lending, and Advisory services from your own network.
- Grow revenues across allocated portfolio, successfully manage and serve existing business relationships, and originate new revenue streams.
- Grow HSBC's share of client wallet by involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities align with UHNW client requirements.
- Establish and maintain networks for cooperation with other HSBC businesses to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with working with clients and prospects who are high-potential future HNW/UHNW clients.
- At least 5 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector.
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem-solving.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products, with the ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses, with the possibility of obtaining Series 7 and 66 licenses.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
