At City National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HOA Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Homeowners Association (HOA) clients in the Florida market.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand existing relationships and solicit new business through client referrals and cold calling efforts to meet or exceed the Bank's strategic goals.
- Drive new business development within the Florida Market by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Develop and implement customized Treasury Management products and services to enhance the financial operations of property management companies.
- Collaborate with various divisions and departments to service routine transactions and resolve client issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and pricing in the market served.
- Stay current on banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques.
- 2-4 years of business development experience in the Community Association Industry (HOA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in generating new business and building trusting partnerships.
- Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Equivalent Certification.
