Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand existing relationships and solicit new business through client referrals and cold calling efforts to meet or exceed the Bank's strategic goals.
  • Drive new business development within the Florida Market by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customized Treasury Management products and services to enhance the financial operations of property management companies.
  • Collaborate with various divisions and departments to service routine transactions and resolve client issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and pricing in the market served.
  • Stay current on banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of business development experience in the Community Association Industry (HOA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in generating new business and building trusting partnerships.
  • Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Equivalent Certification.
