We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Success Manager to join our team at Abb Holdings Inc. As a key member of our Digital Platform team, you will be responsible for implementing the operating model to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the Digital Platform team and its interactions with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to ensure that all operational processes are executed and implemented efficiently across the entire platform.
- Processing platform optimizations and business growth independently through continuous technical development.
- Creating a DevOps 'continuous integration' capability, in the way the platform is developed and integrated with apps.
- Assisting with the analysis of existing performance, seeking opportunities to enhance offerings, making recommendations underpinned by data and customer-driven insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years related experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 10 years related experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 12 years related experience.
Preferred Skills
Various reporting tools (Microsoft PowerBI, SAP BI, etc.) - Interface technologies (ALE, BizTalk, RFC, etc.) - Big data and how it works to solve business problems - JAVA Script.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 30% travel requirement (both domestic and international).
