Position Overview:
This role is integral to the operations of the court system, focusing on the management and processing of cases within a judicial environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the court's mission to ensure justice and public safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, law enforcement, and the general public, assisting with inquiries and guiding them through court processes.
  • Perform case intake duties, including the receipt and categorization of court documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before entering them into the case management system.
  • Utilize automated systems for case management, maintaining detailed records and statistical data related to case processing activities.
  • Prepare legal documents such as complaints, petitions, and summonses, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist in the training of new staff members and provide ongoing support to colleagues in navigating court processes.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred. Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism in a court setting.
