Account Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at All-Stat Portable. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, while collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, administrators, and other senior living and healthcare professionals, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Communication and Reporting: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports on account status, and present at QA meetings at facilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key accounts at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
