Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at GRM Document Management. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our document management services in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and upsell to assigned client base to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Qualify, research, and develop leads into viable sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of GRM Document Management to multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop strong business cases, proposals, and presentations to secure sales.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and customer requirements to provide informed feedback to the company.
  • Participate in professional organizations to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience selling document storage and electronic document management solutions.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities.
  • Driven to succeed and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical awareness to confidently communicate with C-level contacts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in previous positions.
  • Ability to win competitive sales and negotiate agreements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
