Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to join our Operations Support Center. This full-time role is essential for overseeing our systems and networks while addressing inquiries and requests from clients and internal staff through our ticketing system.


Training and Development: You will undergo comprehensive training, including industry-recognized certifications, and gain hands-on experience with various technical platforms such as virtualization, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, and Linux/Unix systems.


Team Collaboration: In addition to client support, the Technical Support Analyst will provide guidance to entry-level support associates in the data center, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.

Work Schedule: This position follows a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, including a shift premium upon successful completion of initial training.


Professional Growth: We prioritize professional development and will cover costs for relevant technical certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, A+, and Network+. Higher-level certifications may also offer additional bonuses upon completion.


Compensation: The hourly wage is determined by your technical expertise, work experience, and educational background, with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, adjusted based on market conditions and shift differentials.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or training in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred industry certifications (CCNA, CCENT, CompTIA, Network+, A+, etc.).
  • Proficiency in internet technologies, including networking principles and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in a client support capacity.
  • Strong customer service orientation and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize client communications and service requests.
  • Monitor systems to proactively identify potential service disruptions.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate engineering teams or external vendors as necessary.
  • Adhere to security protocols for client access within the data center.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated during the workday for visitor check-ins.
  • Capable of walking throughout the facility to conduct safety checks.
  • Occasional lifting of lightweight items and heavier equipment as needed.
  • Dexterity to operate security systems and perform safety inspections.
