As a Workday Finance Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex integrations to automate our financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, responsive, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Inbound and Outbound EIBs, Custom Reporting, and RaaS.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with various financial systems, including Financial Accounting, Procurement and Suppliers, and Banking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop robust solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and new functionality in Workday and related technologies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to resolve integration issues and errors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on Workday integrations and related topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface directly with company leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently provide accurate data.
  • Experience with data loads and audits of complex data.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional working knowledge of finance, HR, and payroll processes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and errors.
  • Workday reporting functionality and report writer calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Workday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management, and report writing.
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations and understand competing business priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
