Position Summary
This role involves providing frontline supervisory assistance in areas such as Health Services, Immunization Programs, and Sexual Health, along with overseeing the work of Social Service Specialists. Responsibilities include utilizing electronic health records, managing documentation, overseeing office and medical supplies, and supporting community initiatives along with other clinical and administrative duties. This position serves as an entry-level role focused on data collection and statistical analysis pertinent to specific operational functions. May involve fiscal responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
The following are essential functions common to all positions within this classification and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for any single position: Conduct interviews with agency personnel, observe operational processes, and collect data related to management practices for evaluating service delivery and compliance with established objectives. Perform statistical analysis and interpretation of gathered data concerning policies, procedures, and operational practices; identify issues and propose corrective measures. Analyze collected data to develop solutions or alternative strategies for operational challenges. Assess the effectiveness of operations in achieving set goals and objectives. Provide technical support in the development of management objectives and controls to address issues. Review relevant background materials such as legislation and regulations. Recommend and assist in implementing new methodologies or procedures to enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization. Document research findings and prepare recommendations for the adoption of new systems or organizational changes. May supervise administrative and/or support staff, overseeing at least two full-time positions in accordance with established rules. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, reviewing, evaluating, coaching, training, and making recommendations regarding personnel actions.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for Junior Management Analyst
Candidates must possess education, training, and/or experience demonstrating proficiency in the following areas: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, including coursework in research methodologies, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics.OR
Six months of experience in conducting evaluations of operations, programs, services, policies, and procedures to assess efficiency and compliance with regulations. Six months of experience in descriptive statistics, including measures such as mean, median, mode, or standard deviation. Six months of experience in writing narrative reports. Knowledge of inferential statistics, including correlation, t-tests, f-tests, or analysis of variance.Employment Conditions
