We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role is essential in providing support to Trust Officers and clients through a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the opening, maintenance, and closure of client accounts.
  • Confirming the receipt of assets and ensuring accurate cost basis information for new accounts.
  • Engaging with prospective and existing clients via phone and in-person, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Processing receipts and incoming cash, as well as setting up unique asset accounts.
  • Verifying available funds for disbursement requests.
  • Handling correspondence with clients, regulatory bodies, and the IRS.
Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for research and problem-solving.
  • Experience in drafting and editing professional correspondence and documentation.

  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including PCs, scanners, and copiers.
