Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate estimated patient financial obligations
  • Engage with patients regarding their insurance coverage and benefits
  • Collect initial payments from patients
  • Safeguard patient health information with confidentiality
  • Organize treatment schedules
  • Coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Direct patient inquiries to the appropriate channels
  • Manage and reconcile collections
  • Ensure accuracy in administrative data collection

Essential Skills
