Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Assist in managing and executing project contracts.

  • Oversee project documentation throughout all phases of construction, including requests for information, submittals, drawings, specifications, purchase orders, material orders, change orders, and close-out documents.
  • Conduct material take-offs from drawings to assist in estimates and modifications.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and integrity in all tasks.
  • Adapt to various work environments and project locations as needed.
  • Participate in and lead meetings as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or 2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, or industry roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in utilizing various software applications.
  • Engineer-in-training certification, Journeyman license, and field experience are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities.
