Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Finance, or a related field, or proven track record of abilities
  • 12-15 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of growth
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, capture, and proposal development
  • Mentoring/coaching experience in pipeline development
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
