Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Inventory Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Magnite. As an Ad Inventory Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our ad inventory and maintaining the integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global quality control of Magnite platforms to identify and resolve issues
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from key internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information
  • Maintain the inventory approval process for new and existing accounts across display, mobile, video, and CTV/streaming
  • Reach out to publishers and internal account managers concerning policy violations, transparency issues, and other similar quality-related issues
  • Monitor and maintain quality-related metrics and contact publishers to take corrective action
  • Create streamlined processes to maintain compliance with Magnite's Inventory Quality policies
  • Provide information on Magnite's inventory guidelines, resources, and optimization to internal resources
  • Support varied business units in inventory-related industry initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry, partner, and marketplace inventory news

Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 2+ years of experience in an Internet environment; 2 years of ad-tech experience a plus
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles
  • Foundational skills in Excel, communication, and complex problem-solving
  • An aptitude for learning quickly and applying critical thinking skills to see the big picture
  • A curious, team player mindset
