Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for staff development and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Partner with senior leadership to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Masters degree in HR or related field.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- SHRM certification.
- Expert knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
- Excellent writing and collaboration skills.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $140,000.
- Unlimited PTO.
