We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Part-time Patient Service Representative to join our team at Balance Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Collect and process patient information, including insurance details and payment
  • Assist with office duties as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
  • Patient-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Scheduling:

Monday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Two Saturdays a month: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Physical Demands:

This role requires regular standing, sitting, and use of hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs is required.
