- CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting.
- Working knowledge of IDX system and medical terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, multiple-task environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exposure to ill patients and potential exposure to infectious diseases.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions with demanding patients and families.
