About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Justworks. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding and support experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and deliver onboarding and support experiences that meet customer needs
* Identify gaps in the user experience and collaborate with Product to drive development of external and internal-facing tools
* Conduct user research to inform product decisions and validate MVPs
* Promote a culture of collaboration, agile improvement, and customer-obsessed thinking within CX and cross-functional teams
