Customer Experience Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team at Ipsos-Insight, LLC. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple market research projects, developing and designing solutions for clients, and overseeing the research process from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design research solutions for clients, including questionnaire design, sampling, and data analysis
  • Manage and coordinate research projects, including project planning, budgeting, and timeline management
  • Lead and manage a team of research professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Deliver high-quality research reports and presentations to clients, including data interpretation and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in customer experience research, with a strong background in quantitative research methods
  • Proven track record of leading and managing research projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
