Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering insightful and impactful client presentations to executive and board level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with luxury and premium brands to help them transform and drive business impact through customer experience.
  • Maintain and nurture client portfolios by offering white glove service and added value.
  • Collaborate with international teams to design methodologies, develop new solutions, and offer expert advice to clients.
  • Manage entire accounts, including stakeholders, internal departments, budget, and quality of deliverables.
  • Project Management: proposal, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Deliver insightful and engaging face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Previous work experience in retail, luxury, or client-facing roles (B2B).
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive and diplomatic communication, presentations, and proposal writing.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Analytical aptitude and ability to examine data to make meaningful inferences and analysis.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to lead meetings and take lead on projects.
  • Consulting skills, including the ability to challenge client briefs and ask meaningful questions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and ability to manage time and resources effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
