About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients solve their biggest problems and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience research and a proven track record of delivering strategic insights to clients. You will be responsible for managing research projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience research strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Manage research projects from start to finish, including questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to drive business growth and improve customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in customer experience research, with a strong background in quantitative research methods
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
