Job Summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a skilled Generator Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Generator Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of generators in various critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on generators to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients on generator maintenance and repair best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in generator technology.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical service, reactive maintenance, installations, or commissioning of generators, gensets, CHPs, or large engines.
  • Electrical, mechanical, or maritime qualification (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including generator operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
