- Prior experience operating hand and power tools.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, and perform manual tasks.
This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple small projects and repairs efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to work flexible hours, approximately 10-25 hours per week, based on the needs of the office, and occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
