Role Summary:

The Project Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to the Project Management and Design teams, ensuring seamless project transitions from initiation to successful completion. This position involves onboarding new projects, documenting client communications, and performing various administrative functions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project specifications and manage construction administration tasks (RFI/Submittals).
  • Establish job numbers, phases, and relevant folders.
  • Input and manage internal and client feedback within project documentation.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks including document filing and project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential challenges.
  • Prepare project-related documents such as plans, status updates, meeting notes, and change requests.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of project files in compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee plotting inventory management.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and proactive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and REVIT.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing while working on a computer.
