About the Role

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's medical devices to healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and facility administrators
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Field sales training and experience
  • Successful completion of Stryker's product training program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Travel Requirements
