About Us

At Sila, we are a dedicated team of home service professionals who strive to deliver optimal performance for your home’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

What We Are Looking For

We seek an enthusiastic and dynamic sales professional or service technician who excels in in-home or retail presentations. While in-home sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome highly skilled HVAC technicians looking to transition into sales, as we provide comprehensive product training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated through our marketing efforts.
  • Present various HVAC product options, including air conditioning systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits to homeowners.
  • Maintain a robust lead pipeline through ongoing customer outreach and prospecting.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Preferred experience in residential service.
  • Minimum of 3 years of excellent customer service and sales experience.
