Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a personal level of safety throughout the store at all times, provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, and ensure that customer orders are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, including the ability to learn and apply knowledge of computerized systems and applications.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize all available tools and resources to increase sales and market share, including electronic parts catalog, inventory control, and customer technology programs.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with taking physical inventories and line counts, and ensure that shelves are stocked and customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers, supervisors, and other support staff to achieve personal and store results, and maintain high standards of customer service and create positive customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout assigned shift, and maintain a clean and neat appearance.
