Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise: Exhibit a thorough understanding of in-store operations, safety standards, and inventory management. You will prepare meat products by cutting, grinding, and wrapping according to established guidelines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Technology Utilization: Employ digital tools to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience. You will use handheld devices to make informed decisions regarding production and product quality, adapting to new technologies as needed.

Operational Excellence: Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a clean and organized work area. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.

Customer Advocacy: Serve as a representative of the department, prioritizing customer satisfaction and demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service and products.
