  • Hospitality Services: Maintain and coordinate client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Floor Coordination: Oversee the upkeep of copy rooms, stock supplies, deliver paper, and perform basic daily maintenance tasks.
  • Facilities Services: Perform various tasks, including hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services, and communicating with key client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer service field.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater, grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs, and walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods.
  • Preferred Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $13.96 to $20.94 USD per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
