About the Role

This Sr. Administrative Assistant position is a critical component of our senior management team, providing complex administrative support to ensure seamless departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles a wide range of administrative tasks, including organization, communication, facilitation, and scheduling.
  • Exercises independent judgment in facilitating overall department operations, directing the activities of other support staff as necessary.
  • Coordinates inter-departmental or department-wide administrative projects, such as communications, services, and policy development.
  • Manages complex scheduling, including internal, external, and department-wide events and travel planning.
  • Prepares and submits expense accounts and other types of expenses, managing and tracking actual expenses versus budget.
  • Regularly interacts with internal and external executives, community leaders, and shareholders, initiating follow-up actions as needed.
  • Utilizes advanced conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and change management skills to drive office practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, with advanced skill level required for software applications, including database queries and Excel spreadsheets.
  • High school degree or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
