About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drupal Software Developer to join our team in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in delivering custom Drupal websites and applications that meet the needs of our public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing feature development and maintenance for a wide range of public sector domain projects
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices and standards
  • Provide effort estimation and task decomposition for backlog items and client requests
  • Offer mentorship to less-experienced peers in conception, implementation, and testing of features
  • Analyze application performance and design optimizations
  • Communicate effectively with peers, product owners, and clients

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Drupal CMS and active participation in the Drupal community
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and technology stacks
  • Previous experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies
  • Capability of designing and implementing full-stack solutions for enterprise systems
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients as a technical consultant

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
