Our Custodial Services department plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students, faculty, and staff. We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Team Leader to oversee intercampus moves, on-campus events and conferences, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Team Leader, where you will be responsible for leading facilities workers in intercampus moves and on-campus events and conferences, enforcing safety and procedural standards, and coordinating project steps and activities within assigned crews. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) or international degree equivalency, four years of experience in building maintenance or custodial work, including supervisory experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and exert more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, stand for extended periods, and bend and reach as needed.
