Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize room occupancy and revenue
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Field guest complaints and work with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
