Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Collaborate with essential marketing team members to design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  • Content Management: Supervise and coordinate all facets of content production, from ideation to execution, across various social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation throughout all content, fostering a creative atmosphere that encourages idea exchange and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future content strategies.
  • Trend Identification: Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging content formats/platforms to drive innovation and enhance content offerings. Conduct comprehensive research to uncover industry trends, competitor actions, and audience preferences to guide content creation.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in content development.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or FinalCut Pro.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to engage with the mining industry and the Turner Mining Group brand.
