Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Commerce Partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top merchants for Wirecutter's recommended products and services. You will oversee the management and execution of our affiliate relationships across merchants and affiliate networks, with a focus on reaching revenue and earnings per click (EPC) goals.

You will also lead a team of direct reports in growing revenue from managed merchant partners by securing premium rates. Additionally, you will guide your team in analyzing campaigns and identifying insights to optimize performance.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, including at least 2+ years in a business-side affiliate marketing role. Experience leading a team and collaborating with other departments is also required.

The annual base pay range for this role is between $140,000-$155,000 USD. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
