Job Overview

The EmCo Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Development Liaison - Waste Management Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves handling daily vendor and client account customer service, vendor invoice processing, and contract management and enforcement for assigned clients.

  • Service Issues and Requests: Handling service-related needs, dealing directly with waste vendors.
  • Record Management: Maintaining customer and vendor records in CRM and hard copy client records, files, and binders.
  • Data Analysis: Creating and/or maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Internal Collaboration: Communicating and working with internal departments to ensure monthly billing and project deadlines are met.
  • Client Support: Providing professional and ongoing communication and consultative support with designated clients.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Technological Savviness: Ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Customer Service Experience: One year of customer service experience in a call center or office environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the waste industry or healthcare preferred.
