Consumer Loan Sales Representative

As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers by listening to their needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
- Present financial solutions based on customer needs, meeting their goals and objectives
- Present customers with optional insurance products to enhance their financial well-being
- Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
- Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive business growth
- Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
- Competitive base salary range: $19.00-$23.00
- Eligibility for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance
