Business Development Sales Representative

The Accredited Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Melville, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails
- Cold call potential customers to arrange meetings and prospect for new business
- Take Warm Lead transfers over the finish line
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Competitive spirit, self-motivation, and drive to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
