The Tyonek Native Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Capture Management Specialist to join our team in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and success.

About the Role

This role will focus on identifying, developing, and capturing new federal contract opportunities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the federal contracting landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 8-15 years of experience in capture management, preferably within the services and solutions market. Direct experience leading the capture of multiple large deals ($20+ million) within the Federal/DoD markets is highly desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sound capture plans and strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposal development and submission. Additionally, they will maintain a mature and active network of contacts relevant to the Federal/DoD markets and the contractor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-priority federal contract opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute capture plans, including pricing strategies, risk assessments, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective proposal development and submission.
  • Maintain a professional approach to performing duties, ensuring full awareness and compliance with applicable Federal Procurement and Corporate Business Ethics Codes and Regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in capture management or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of direct capture management experience in the services and solutions market.
  • Demonstrated track record of proven success in the design and implementation of sound capture plans and strategies.
  • Able to obtain an active SECRET security clearance and be eligible for additional accesses as required.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience.
