Job Overview:

This entry-level position involves providing case management services, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing treatment plans for our clients. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science and be licensed or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Provide individualized support to clients, ensuring they receive necessary care and resources.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs.
  • Documentation: Accurately document client progress and coordinate treatment delivery responsibilities.
  • Therapy Sessions: Lead group and individual therapy sessions, including specialty groups and basic education lectures.
  • Supervision: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, and perform supervision duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science required.
  • Licensure: Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years working experience in addictions treatment.
  • Certification: Able to administer CPR and maintain certification.
  • Personal Qualities: Emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful conditions.
