Sales Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of Best Care Home Services and matching customer needs with our offerings.
- Follow up on sales leads, quote requests, and estimate inquiries.
- Maintain and update the CRM with customer information, ensuring accurate data and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, service offerings, and promotions to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales or call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
