Best Care Home Services is seeking a driven Sales Development Specialist to sell HVAC and plumbing services, handle inbound inquiries, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate excels at communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of Best Care Home Services and matching customer needs with our offerings.
  • Follow up on sales leads, quote requests, and estimate inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with customer information, ensuring accurate data and follow-up activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, service offerings, and promotions to provide customers with the best solutions.
  • Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales or call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
