The Client Relationship Manager will relay customer feedback to internal departments, engage in trade shows, train retail staff, and work closely with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Utilize data analytics to stimulate sales growth, offer actionable recommendations, track performance indicators, refine processes, manage order submissions, and evaluate sales patterns.
  • Develop sales tactics, create compelling presentations, guide new dealers through the onboarding process, and conduct market analysis.
  • Design go-to-market strategies, employ forecasting methodologies, and implement incentive schemes.
  • Review profit and loss statements, provide financial insights, and seek new customer and business avenues.
  • Organize and participate in industry trade exhibitions and events, networking with industry professionals to cultivate relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes for potential clients and engage in cross-departmental meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and share market intelligence.
  • Investigate and assess new markets and sales channels, performing competitive analysis to gauge market positioning and trends.
  • Conduct store visits to verify merchandising standards, generate quotes, draft suggested orders, and schedule follow-ups with dealers to review performance and updates.
  • Forge strong relationships through tailored service and analyze customer feedback to provide insights to product development, marketing, and sales teams.

Qualifications for the Client Relationship Manager:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with resellers.
  • Prior experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for the outdoor industry is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to devise and execute effective sales strategies and cultivate customer relationships.
