**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in gathering and tracking raw material documentation, including technical and regulatory information.
  • Obtain and follow up on regulatory documentation from raw material vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to Ingredient Labels, Safety Data Sheets, and Quality Control forms.
  • Enter raw material ingredient functions into Quality Control forms.
  • Collect and track paperwork to code raw materials, ensuring accurate and timely registration.
  • Submit necessary registration forms on a timely basis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with product listing registration for MOCRA and WERCS.
  • Enter regulatory and safety information of raw materials into our database.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, preferably chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology.
  • Experience in the cosmetic or contract manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Outlook is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
