  • Manage personnel, overseeing changes to the manufacturing area and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with support groups, such as QA and Engineering, to resolve issues affecting production.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and international regulations, as well as corporate standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry.
  • Minimum 10 years of operations experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing facility.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leaders and technical experts.

  • Competitive salary range: $184,000 - $200,000 per year.
  • Eligibility to participate in up to 30% of the company bonus pool.
  • A wide variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
